Solo—Dolo is a Monday night dinner club at Dolomiti. Join us for this limited series of dinners with strangers, where you’ll meet someone new, taste some incredible food by Chef Roberto, and linger awhile with your new friends.
This is no ordinary supper club. Yes, the food well be delectable, the wine divine, and the space delightfully cozy. But we invite you, maybe even dare you, to come alone. This is not a date night or even a dinner with friends. This is an entirely new premise, come all on your lonesome and see what transpires.
Whether you love meeting new people or it terrifies you, we welcome you. Whether you’re great at new experiences or not, we invite you. This is for all who are curious to make a new friend, to listen and learn, to share and expand, to be seen and be heard. We can’t wait to meet you.

how it works
How does it work?
It’s simple. You’ll sign up for the next dinner by purchasing a ticket online, which includes a short questionnaire about yourself. We’ll take all that info to create a curated dinner experience for this specific group of twenty humans. We’ll guide you through a free form night of getting to know each other, sharing stories, and learning the things we don’t yet know that can only be learned through the sharing of our lives.
What to expect
— A welcome cocktail (sans the alcohol if that’s your jam).
— 4-course, seasonal meal prepared by Chef Roberto and the Dolomiti Cuisine Team.
— Optional wine pairing (3 glasses of wine).
— Conversation and connection that goes beyond the table.
— Laughter, deep thoughts, mystery, and maybe a few tears.
Upon purchasing a ticket, your seat is reserved. You’ll receive the final menu and other details two days before the dinner.
Note: Tickets are non-refundable. However you can transfer them to a friend if you can’t make it. You must let us know 24 hrs in advance and your friend must complete the questionnaire.
